Common Questions
What qualifies as a disability?
A physical or mental condition that prevents you from performing your own occupation for a defined period, as set out in your policy schedule.
Is disability cover the same as critical illness?
No. Disability cover replaces income when you cannot work. Critical illness pays a lump sum on diagnosis of a listed condition. Both are available.
What is the claim notification period?
You must notify Namforce within 3 months of the disabling event.
Can I get disability cover as a standalone policy?
Yes, as a standalone policy or as a rider on a life cover policy.
